Asian Home Recipe
Ingredients :
3 stalks
250g (1/2 lb)
1/2 cup
1 tablespoon
1/2 up
1 1/2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Broccoli, chopped
Mung Bean sprouts
Water
Cooking oil
Sun flower seeds
Cornstarch
Water to be mixed with cornstarch
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Stir-fry the broccoli in oil for 1 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add 1/2 cup water and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and sunflower seeds.
Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Dissolve starch in 1/2 cup water.
Add to broccoli and sprout mixture along with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Stir, then cover for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
Note : Sunflower seeds could be replaced with slivered almonds.
