Stir-Fried Broccoli in Oil Recipe

Method :

Cut the broccoli into
small pieces and remove the rough skin from the stalks.

Heat the oil in a wok
until hot and stir-fry the broccoli for about 1-1 1/2 minutes.

Add the salt, sugar and
water and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Serve hot.
