Shredded Cabbage with
Capsicum Recipe

White cabbage
Green capsicum
Red capsicum
Oil
Salt
Sesame seed oil

Method :

Thinly shred the cabbage.

Core and seed the green
and red capsicum and thinly shred them.

Heat the oil in a wok
until hot.

Add the
cabbage and the capsicum and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes.

Add the salt and stir a
few more times.

Add the sesame seed oil to
garnish and serve either hot or cold.
