Asian Home Recipe
Ingredients :

Sliced mushrooms
Canned black beans
Medium size onion
Garlic, crushed and minced
White cooking sherry
Vegetable broth
Black pepper
Cumin
Tamari
Saut� onions and garlic in the sherry, vegetable broth and tamari until the onions are translucent.
Add the mushrooms, black pepper and cumin and saut� for about 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until done.
Serve hot with white steamed rice.
