Asian Home Recipe
Ingredients :

1/4 teaspoon

3 tablespoons
Sliced mushrooms
Canned black beans
Medium size onion
Garlic, crushed and minced
White cooking sherry
Vegetable broth
Black pepper
Cumin
Tamari
Sauté onions and garlic in the sherry, vegetable broth and tamari until the onions are translucent.
Add the mushrooms, black pepper and cumin and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until done.
Serve hot with white steamed rice.
