Beef top side
Shallot
Garlic
Galangal
Bay Leafs
Palm sugar
Tamarind
Coriander Powder
Kaffir lime leafs
Salt
White pepper powder
Vegetables oil

Method :

Blend all
ingredients until fine and boiled with beef top side whole until beef is
half tender.

Cut the beef
slice about 5 cm thick.

Use a
tenderizer steel to make the beef tender.

Fried in
heated oil until golden brown.
