Whole chicken (boneless)
Leeks, cleaned
Shallot, sliced
Garlic, sliced
Black Nut (kluwek) make juice
Red chili seeded and sliced
Tomatoes cut wedges slice
Vegetables Oil
Salt, white pepper powder, sugar
Water
Cut the chicken according to your preference size.
Heat the vegetables oil.
Add shallot and saute with onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken and black nut juice and simmer until chicken is cooked.
Add leek and tomatoes before serving.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
Note : This traditional food is from Toraja South of Sulawesi.
