Fresh red chilies
Salt
Vinegar or tamarind liquid

Method :
-
Put the whole
fresh red chilies, seeds and all, into
a container of an electric blender.

Add enough vinegar or tamarind liquid
to keep the mass moving.

Blend to a paste.

Add Salt.
-
Put into a sterilized bottle and store
in the refrigerator.

Use as required in the recipes.
