Dry Fried Beans with Spices Recipe

Green beans
Ghee or oil
Onion, finely chopped
Ground turmeric
Chili powder
Garam masala
Salt or to taste

Method :

String beans
and slice thickly.

Heat ghee in
a saucepan and fry onion until golden.

Then add
turmeric, chili and garam masala and stir for a few seconds.

Add beans and
salt and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

Cover and
cook on low heat until beans are just tender.

Serve.
