      Stuffed Green Capsicum Recipe

            Fish fillet 
            
            Small round green capsicum 
            
            Salt 
            
            Rice wine or dry sherry 
            
            Soy sauce 
            
            Cornflour 
            
            Sugar 
            
            Garlic, crushed 
            
            Crushed black bean sauce 
            
            Oil

      Method :
        - 
        
        Finely chop the pork and
              fish.  
        - 
        
        Mix with a little salt and
              cornflour.  
        - 
        
        Wash the green capsicum,
              cut them in half and remove the seeds and stalks.  
        - 
        
        Stuff them with the meat
              and fish mixture, sprinkle with a little cornflour.  
        - 
        
        Heat up 1 tablespoon oil
              in a flat frying pan.  
        - 
        
        Put in the stuffed
              capsicum, meat side down and fry gently for 4 minutes, adding a
              little more oil from time to time.  
        - 
        
        When the meat side turns
              golden, add the crushed garlic, bean sauce, rice wine or sherry,
              sugar and a little stock or water.  
        - 
        
        Simmer for 2-3 minutes,
              then add soy sauce and a little cornflour mixed with cold water.  
        - 
        
        Serve as soon as the gravy
