            Sliced abalone 
            
            Straw mushrooms 
            
            Lettuce 
            
            Peanut oil 
            
            Green onions, cut 2 cm length 
            
            Ginger root 
            
            Stock 
            
            Oyster sauce 
            
            Soy sauce 
            
            Cornflour 
            
            Sesame oil 
            
            Sugar

      Method :
        - 
        
        Cut the mushrooms in half.  
        - 
        
        Blanch the lettuce leaves
              in boiling water, remove and drain.  
        - 
        
        Put the lettuce on a
              serving plate.  
        - 
        
        Heat the wok and add 2
              tablespoons oil.  
        - 
        
        Stir-fry the green onions
              and ginger root until fragrant.  
        - 
        
        Add the mushrooms and stir
              lightly.  
        - 
        
        Add the abalone, stock,
              oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornflour, sesame oil and sugar.  
        - 
        
        Stir quickly over high
              heat.  
        - 
        
        Put the abalone over the
