Ingredients :

Bean sprouts
Shrimp, peeled and if large, cut in two
Cooking oil
Medium onion, thinly sliced
Soy sauce, optional
Salt and black pepper to taste
Prepare the bean sprouts and shrimp.
Heat oil and stir fry onion for a few seconds.
Add the shrimp and vegetable.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Cover and remove from heat.
Serve immediately while hot.
