Asian Home Recipe
Ingredients :

6 cloves
4 tablespoons
Pig trotter
Light soy sauce
Medium onions
Garlic
Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash and clean trotter.
Chop into four pieces.
Rub with soy sauce.
Put into saucepan with 4 cups water or more if necessary and bring to boil.
Remove any scum that may rise to surface while boiling.
When meat is tender, remove and discard bones.
Add onions and garlic and continue cooking for further 10 minutes.
For flavor sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice.
